The Battery Wall Sconces Set of 2 does one thing properly. It is a wall light designed around a black steeple frame with warm fairy light bulbs, a 6 hour timer and no wiring at all, and that focus is exactly why it works so well in an everyday setting.

Materials matter more than styling here: powder-coated metal, chosen because it wears well rather than because it photographs well. Every piece is checked before it leaves us, and small variations in finish are part of the material, not a fault in it. Set of 2, 8 x 12cm, battery powered, so you know exactly what arrives.

Put it to work with rentals, hallways, mantels and event walls. Style it on its own for a cleaner look, or group it with what you already own for something warmer. A soft dry cloth is all the upkeep it needs, and it comes packed well enough to give as a gift straight from the box. We keep the Luma Living collection deliberately tight, so everything here is something we would put in our own homes. It sits comfortably alongside the rest of the Luma Living collection if you are building a look one piece at a time. Orders are packed by hand and dispatched quickly, so it reaches you protected and ready to unbox.

Frequently asked questions

Do they need any wiring?

None at all. They run on batteries, which is what lets you place them on any wall regardless of the circuits behind it.

How does the timer work?

Switch the timer on and they run for six hours, then come back on at the same time the next evening automatically.

How are they fixed to the wall?

They mount with simple fixings, so a couple of screws or the right adhesive fixing is all that is needed.

What kind of light do they give?

A warm fairy light glow inside the steeple frame, which reads as atmospheric rather than functional.

Can they be used outdoors?

They suit sheltered outdoor spots such as a covered porch or a garden room in dry weather.
