Some pieces earn their place slowly. The Adjustable Robot Table Lamp is one of them: a table lamp defined by a folding robot-shaped frame whose arms adjust to point light exactly where you need it, made to sit in a space you already love rather than take it over.

Underneath the styling is honest making. The body is wood and fabric with E27 fitting, finished to stand up to daily handling rather than occasional display. Single lamp, UK plug, and each one is inspected and packed with care before dispatch.

Made for children's rooms, study desks and playful interiors, it moves happily between rooms as your space evolves. Cleaning is simple - a soft dry cloth, no abrasives - and it arrives protected in its box, ready to use or to hand over as a present. Keep small parts, cords and packaging out of reach of children, and supervise young children when this is in use. Orders are packed by hand and dispatched quickly, so it reaches you protected and ready to unbox. If you are styling a whole room, it pairs easily with neutral textiles, warm wood and soft ambient lighting. Full specifications are listed below, so you can check the details before ordering rather than after.

  • Material: wood and fabric with E27 fitting
  • Included: Single lamp, UK plug
  • Best for: children's rooms, study desks and playful interiors
  • Style: Wooden Fabric E27 Folding Desk Light
  • Care: wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth

Dimensions and care

Materials

Wood and fabric with E27 fitting. Colour, tone and finish vary slightly from piece to piece — that is the material, not a fault.

In the box

Single lamp, UK plug.

Care

  • Switch off at the mains and let the bulb cool before cleaning. Battery and cordless pieces should have their cells removed first.
  • Wipe the fitting with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water, solvents or abrasive cleaners on any electrical part.
  • Indoor domestic use only unless the description says otherwise. Never exceed the stated wattage or fit a bulb type the fitting is not rated for.
  • Mains-wired fittings should be installed by a qualified or competent electrician, with the supply isolated first.

Frequently asked questions

How far do the arms adjust?

The jointed arms fold and extend through a wide range, so you can aim the light straight down onto a desk or angle it up at a wall.

Is it suitable for an adult study?

Very much so. The shape is playful but the light output and adjustability make it a genuinely practical desk lamp.

What bulb does it take?

It takes a standard screw fit E27 bulb, so warm white, cool white and smart bulbs all work.

Is it stable when the arms are extended?

Yes. The base is weighted to counter the arms, so it stays planted even when the lamp is reaching across a desk.

Would it suit a child's room?

It would. It has real character for a child's room while being built well enough to move to a study later.
