Delivery

  • Free standard delivery on every order. We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only.
  • Orders are picked and packed within 1 to 3 working days.
  • Usually delivered in 8–15 working days, counted from dispatch rather than from the moment you order.
  • Orders with more than one item are often sent in separate parcels, which can arrive on different days. You are never charged twice for delivery.
  • Tracking is emailed to you as each parcel is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for it to start updating.

Returns

  • Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, and a further 14 days to send the item back. Return postage is yours on a change of mind.
  • Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered? We cover it in full, return postage included. Please tell us within 7 days of delivery for transit damage, with photographs of the item and its packaging.
  • Please contact us before sending anything back. Our range is dispatched from more than one location, so we will give you the correct return address for your item.

Care

  • Switch off at the mains and let the bulb cool before cleaning. Battery and cordless pieces should have their cells removed first.
  • Wipe the fitting with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water, solvents or abrasive cleaners on any electrical part.
  • Indoor domestic use only unless the description says otherwise. Never exceed the stated wattage or fit a bulb type the fitting is not rated for.
  • Mains-wired fittings should be installed by a qualified or competent electrician, with the supply isolated first.
