The Modern Spiral Bedside Table Lamp does one thing properly. It is a table lamp designed around a chunky spiral form that plays with light and shadow as much as it gives it off, and that focus is exactly why it works so well in an everyday setting.

Materials matter more than styling here: moulded resin with metal fittings, chosen because it wears well rather than because it photographs well. Every piece is checked before it leaves us, and small variations in finish are part of the material, not a fault in it. Single lamp, so you know exactly what arrives.

Put it to work with bedsides, hallway consoles and statement corners. Style it on its own for a cleaner look, or group it with what you already own for something warmer. A soft dry cloth is all the upkeep it needs, and it comes packed well enough to give as a gift straight from the box. Orders are packed by hand and dispatched quickly, so it reaches you protected and ready to unbox. If you are styling a whole room, it pairs easily with neutral textiles, warm wood and soft ambient lighting. Full specifications are listed below, so you can check the details before ordering rather than after.

  • Material: moulded resin with metal fittings
  • Included: Single lamp
  • Best for: bedsides, hallway consoles and statement corners
  • Style: Quirky Whimsical Desk Lamp
  • Care: wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth

Dimensions and care

Materials

Moulded resin with metal fittings. Colour, tone and finish vary slightly from piece to piece — that is the material, not a fault.

In the box

Single lamp.

Care

  • Switch off at the mains and let the bulb cool before cleaning. Battery and cordless pieces should have their cells removed first.
  • Wipe the fitting with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water, solvents or abrasive cleaners on any electrical part.
  • Indoor domestic use only unless the description says otherwise. Never exceed the stated wattage or fit a bulb type the fitting is not rated for.
  • Mains-wired fittings should be installed by a qualified or competent electrician, with the supply isolated first.

Shadow as part of the design

The spiral throws its own shadow across the wall behind it. The lamp lights the room and decorates it at the same time.

Modern Spiral Bedside Table Lamp lifestyle 2

A shape worth looking at

Switched off it still holds its own as an object, which is what separates it from a plain bedside lamp.

Modern Spiral Bedside Table Lamp lifestyle 3

Small footprint, big character

Its footprint is small, so it fits a crowded bedside table alongside a book, a glass and a phone.

Frequently asked questions

What is the lamp made from?

Moulded resin with a metal finish, which is what lets the spiral hold such a clean chunky form.

Does it give enough light to read by?

It gives a soft ambient glow rather than a focused reading beam, so it pairs well with a wall light if you read in bed.

How much space does it take up?

Very little. The base is compact, which is why it works on a bedside table that already has a book and a glass on it.

Does it suit a modern or a quirky room?

Both. The form is modern enough for a minimal room and playful enough for a space with personality.

What bulb does it use?

It takes a standard screw fit bulb, and a warm white brings out the shadow play best.
