Delivery

Free standard delivery on every order. We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only.
Orders are picked and packed within 1 to 3 working days.
Usually delivered in 2–6 working days, counted from dispatch rather than from the moment you order.
Orders with more than one item are often sent in separate parcels, which can arrive on different days. You are never charged twice for delivery.
Tracking is emailed to you as each parcel is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for it to start updating.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, and a further 14 days to send the item back. Return postage is yours on a change of mind.
Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered? We cover it in full, return postage included. Please tell us within 7 days of delivery for transit damage, with photographs of the item and its packaging.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Our range is dispatched from more than one location, so we will give you the correct return address for your item.
A few things cannot come back once used or fitted, including food-contact pieces once unsealed and lighting that has been wired in. Our Refund and Returns Policy has the full list.
