The Dimmable Bedside Lamp with Fabric Shade does one thing properly. It is a table lamp designed around touch-sensitive control on a slim black metal base, with the bulb already in the box, and that focus is exactly why it works so well in an everyday setting.

Materials matter more than styling here: metal base with fabric shade, chosen because it wears well rather than because it photographs well. Every piece is checked before it leaves us, and small variations in finish are part of the material, not a fault in it. Single lamp, bulb included, so you know exactly what arrives.

Put it to work with bedsides, side tables and reading chairs. Style it on its own for a cleaner look, or group it with what you already own for something warmer. A soft dry cloth is all the upkeep it needs, and it comes packed well enough to give as a gift straight from the box. We keep the Luma Living collection deliberately tight, so everything here is something we would put in our own homes. It sits comfortably alongside the rest of the Luma Living collection if you are building a look one piece at a time. Orders are packed by hand and dispatched quickly, so it reaches you protected and ready to unbox.

  • Material: metal base with fabric shade
  • Included: Single lamp, bulb included
  • Best for: bedsides, side tables and reading chairs

Touch it, that is the switch

A touch of the metal base changes the level. No switch on the cable, nothing to feel for in the dark.

Ready the minute it lands

The bulb is included, so the lamp works the moment you unpack it. That is rarer than it should be.

Black shade, warm light

Frequently asked questions

How does the touch control work?

Touch the metal base and it steps to the next level, then back to off. There is no inline switch to find in the dark.

Is a bulb included?

Yes. The bulb comes in the box, so the lamp is ready to use straight away.

How many brightness levels are there?

It steps through low, medium and full, so you can match it to reading or to winding down for the night.

What is the base made from?

Slim black metal, which is what carries the touch signal and keeps the footprint small on a crowded bedside table.

Does the black shade make the room darker?

No. The shade is open top and bottom, so light pools warmly on the table and washes up the wall behind it.
